So I fell in love with the Aloha! set by KSS, and failed to order it before it was retired, and was heartbroken. I emailed Maria to see if there was any way to get the set, and she let me know that the pineapple from the Aloha! set would be released in a different set in the coming months. (Which was excellent news, because that is why I wanted the Aloha! set.) Then, about a month before the set was released, Maria sent me an email as a heads-up. Then, the set was sold out when I ordered it, yet I still received it in twelve days, and I live all the way across the country from KSS. Now THAT is superb customer service of which other small businesses should take note! Regarding the set itself, the stamps are fantastically realistic and do not need any conditioning before being used. The included alignment guide was a big help in making sure my layers lined up properly. Thanks for using the "Affair Regular" font for the sentiments again, so the Pineapple set matches all my other KSS fruit sets! I'm currently playing around with mixing and matching the sentiments from all my fruit sets with some fun results! Thanks to Maria and KSS stamps for being simply the best multi-step stamp company in existence! <3
